Hello, I’m Dave Ward, Managing Director of N&W. We make a huge variety of vending machines and coffee machines for both the HoReCa and the vending markets. You can find out all you need to know about N&W, our products and services, on our UK web site.

The idea behind this blog is simple: it’s to highlight the achievements of our customers, when it comes to getting the very best out of N&W, our machines and, of course, our service. On top of that, it’s a place for us to share our local UK news with our customers.

It’s easy for us to to tell you how great ‘x’ new machine is, how advanced the new ‘this’, how hi-tech the new ‘that’… But, the truth is, no claim we could make about a product is nearly as effective as the case-histories of our own customers.

As I travel around the country on business, I’ll drop in on various of our customers to see how they’re faring with N&W machines. I’ll also keep customers on service improvements, for example,  as and when they introduced. I would very much appreciate your comments and feedback.
